St. Patrick's Day Parade with St. James Fire Department, March 2002

The Gordons were proud to represent the firemen, volunteers,  rescue workers and families of the St. James Fire Department in St. James, Long Island, New York. The day started out in the fifties and temps quickly dropped making this a brisk day. However, the crowds were several deep on the parade route and patriotism ran high. The parade  finally ended at the St. James Firehouse where there was plenty of corned beef and cabbage for all.  We thank the department for allowing us to pipe for them and also for their continued protection of the St. James community.
